Wow, my first Shinobi fan art in years!! This came out very well and I really like it. I was just messing around with lines and turned out a really interesting scarf, probably the best I've ever done. I'm very proud of this drawing. I did it in spare time during my art class when everyone was working on something I had finished already. At first, the whole thing was grayscale but I got bored and colored the scarf with PrismaColor colored pencils. All in all, I think I did okay with them, but they're definitely not my forte. Then I used powdered graphite to try to make the stealth dash. No references used.
well, the proportions are a bit wrong, especially when it comes to his legs, but the drawing has potential. i love the way the red sash (i think it's a sash ) adds a bit of dynamic feeling to the drawing and the fact that you also used red in some parts of the equipment. well done and balanced. next time though try to include all of the character in the drawing. for example, here, the tip of the blade is cut off and that makes it look unfinished or roughly scanned to me.

Oh wow, I never noticed before, but you're right about the proportions. Huh, I don't know how I didn't catch that.
The "sash" is actually a scarf, but I agree the deep red is a great aesthetic. It really compliments the grays and blacks of the character's suit. Please note he's not an original character, so that's why I'm okay with complimenting the design.
As for including the whole character, that was an accident. I ran out of space.
